Moderator Command List & Guidelines
If you are a non-Moderator reading this, DO NOT ASK FOR MOD.
I handpick those who receive Moderator Status. I will not give it to you.
Don’t be rude and ask, and don’t try to convince me to make you a moderator just because ‘lyke omg i am da best miencrafter evr’ unless you want to consider yourself banned.

——-MODERATOR GUIDELINES——
If you are a Moderator on this server it is because I can trust you to not abuse your powers and to follow these guidelines.
I have set up these guidelines in a way that does not infringe on your ability to play on the server as a ‘regular user.’
——-With that said, you are NOT OBLIGATED TO:——-
-Summon items for players
-Teleport players
-Resolve disputes
-Identify yourself as a moderator (This also explains why my server does NOT have Moderator badges next to player names.)
In other words, you are in a position to do all of the above, but it is not REQUIRED.
——-However, I DO ASK that you do the following:——-
-Don’t abuse your powers. Don’t summon TNT. Don’t let people fly and then disable creative mode. Don’t TP people into lava. Don’t. No warnings, no second chances, you will lose your mod privileges forever.
-Kick players that are breaking the rules
-Report disputes to me so I can facilitate resolving them
-Tell me when you kick/ban someone via Skype, Twitter, or JTV message.
-Minimize the amount of items you summon. I understand you have projects you want to build, but I don’t want the regular players to feel overshadowed by mass-block-summon fueled projects. If you want to do such a project, ask me first.
I don’t mind moderating disputes, but I do need all of you to keep lineso f communication open so everyone can enjoy their time on the server.
——-USEFUL SERVER COMMANDS LIST——-
Any variables in <these brackets> are variables. Do not type the brackets when issuing commands.
For example: ‘/give ot6 4 64’ would give the player ot6 64 dirt blocks.

/kick <username> - Kick a player
/ban <username> - Ban a player forever
/kill - Suicide your character, incase you are stuck and no one can teleport you
/tp <username> <target user> - Teleports the user to the target user’s area

/tell <username> <message> - Whisper a <message> to the <username>
/motd - Shows the message of the day for all players
!commands - Shows a list of commonly used commands for the player that calls the command
!contest - Lists information about the current server contest for the player that calls the command
!rules - shows abbreviated server rules for the player that calls the command

/toggledownfall - Toggles weather on and off.
/gamemode <username> <value> - Turns ‘gamemode’ on or off for the specified user. A value of ‘0’ is survival mode, while a value of ‘1’ indicates creative mode.

/give <username> <data-value> <amount> <damage-value> - A way to give players items without being in their vicinity. Damage values are only used with special types of blocks with different colors/types, such as wool.
